Important Notice

All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on any medical equipment, hospital furniture, surgical instruments, or healthcare products. Replacements are granted only in specific circumstances described below.

No Return / No Refund Policy

ALIS PRO / ROYAL INTERNATIONAL sells specialized medical and healthcare equipment. Due to the nature of these products — including hygiene, safety, and regulatory requirements — we do not accept returns or provide refunds once a purchase has been completed and the product has been delivered.

This policy applies to all products sold on our website including medical equipment, hospital furniture, surgical instruments, ICU equipment, diagnostic devices, patient monitoring systems, and disposable medical products.

  • • Order has not yet been dispatched
  • • Request submitted before shipment notification

Not Eligible

  • • Order already shipped or dispatched
  • • More than 24 hours since order was placed
  • • Custom or made-to-order products

To cancel an order, contact us immediately at ecommerce@alisprofessional.com or call +91 8699571121 with your order number. Approved cancellations will be fully refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Replacement Policy

While we do not accept returns, we will arrange a replacement in the following situations:

Manufacturing Defect

The product has a defect that was present at the time of manufacture and affects the proper functioning of the device. Defects caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modification are not covered.

Damaged During Transit

The product arrives visibly damaged due to shipping or handling. You must report transit damage within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product.

Wrong Item Delivered

You received an item that is different from what was ordered (wrong model, wrong variant, or wrong product entirely). The incorrect item must be unused and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Replacement

    Provide your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

    Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days and respond with a decision.

    If approved, we will arrange pickup of the defective/wrong item and dispatch the replacement at no additional cost to you.

    Replacement dispatch timelines depend on product availability and may take 5–10 business days after approval.

Conditions for Replacement

All replacements are subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery for damage/wrong item cases.
  • For manufacturing defects, report within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer.
  • Replacements are not provided for damage caused by misuse, dropping, improper installation, power surges, or unauthorized repairs.
  • Consumables, disposable products, and single-use items are not eligible for replacement once opened.
  • Products with removed or tampered serial numbers or warranty stickers are not eligible.

Warranty Claims

Warranty coverage depends on the specific product and manufacturer. Please refer to the warranty card or documentation included with your product. To initiate a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and proof of purchase. Warranty claims may require the product to be inspected by an authorized service center.
